Although the title of this article says Working in an Efficient Manner, it does not mean we are talking about working as in employment or any kind of labour that you are rewarded financially after successful completion. Working in the context of this article means the basic meaning; which is “exertion or effort directed to produce or accomplish something”. This “something” can be anything, paid and unpaid.
This article is about how to perform any task in a successful manner.
The Value of Every Act
An act is anything done, being done, or to be done. It is a deed or performance. Every act in itself is either a success or a failure. Once an act is performed it can’t be neutral on nature’s scale of success or failure. Every efficient act is a success, while every inefficient act is a failure.
If you spend your life doing mostly inefficient acts, the more of a failure you would become and the more inefficient acts you do, the worse it will be for you. But if most of your acts are efficient, the more success you would become and the more efficient acts you do, the more success you would accumulate.
Failure in life or anything is doing too many things in an inefficient manner.
If all your acts are efficient, then you becoming successful will be as exact as mathematics.
Knowing the value of every act, it will be wise and sensible for the reader to know how to perform all of his or her acts in an efficient manner. This leads us to the second part of this article – how to make each act a success.
How to Make Each Act a Success
To make any act a success, you only need to add power to it for every action performed is either weak or strong. Every weak act is a failure and every strong act is a success.
The addition of power to any act make it strong which is a success and the absence of power from any act make it weak, this is a failure.
When I say you only need to add power to any act to make it a success, I don’t mean you should go to the gym, pile on the muscle and then use your newly acquired strength to attack every task in from you. This will be wrong and will certainly lead to failures and heartaches.
Power in the context of this article means something that releases the strength, concentration and thoroughness needed to make each task a success. This Power is within you. It is not in the sky, land or sea. It is within you.
To make each act a success do the following:
– Before you start the act
1) Set a goal – something that must be achieved for you to regard the act as a success.
2) Imagine what the successful goal would look like as vividly as possible.
3) Start the task.
– After you have commenced the act
4) Hold on to the vivid image of the successful goal as you are performing the task.
5) Do each day all you can possibly do that day but don’t rush. Never allow procrastination while doing any task.
6) Only regard the task as completed and successful when the goal is achieved.
Following these six simple steps above will make each act an efficient act because the strength, concentration and thoroughness needed for the act to be efficient will be made available to you by you.
