I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
– Philippians 4:13 NKJV
Have you ever looked in admiration at the accomplishments of your siblings, friends, colleagues or acquaintances, and then conclude that their achievements are beyond your reach?
Were you brought up with the mentality that there are certain things that you just can’t achieve in life? Were you made to believe by those around you that your social or economic status is fixed?
Or did you ever lied to or convinced yourself that there are certain limitations in your life that you can never overcome?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, I want to tell you emphatically that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.
There is nothing out there that’s beyond your reach. You might ask, what about physical limitations? Can a midget become NBA Most Valuable Player? Can a blind man become the best Formula One driver? Can a crippled man become a heavyweight champion in boxing?
The answer to these questions are both yes and know. A midget can become NBA Most Valuable Player but, he won’t be doing in by playing on the basketball court every week.
The Universe thinks in different wavelengths. So, if a midget says “I want to become NBA MVP someday”. What the Universe pays attention to is the phrases “Most Valuable Player”. It takes these words as the input and then proceeds to make it a reality for the individual in a way that’s compatible with the laws of this reality.
If the person, whom society has described as a midget due to his size persists in his belief and desire to become NBA MVP, in due time, and, in compliance with the law of gestation, that individual will be given an award that’s equivalent to NBA Most Valuable Player.
The award could be Coach of the Year or Executive of the Year, but the person (midget) will definitely be awarded a title that carries the same weight as NBA MVP when everything is considered.
When you want something, don’t focus on the “how”. This is the mistake most people make. When you focus on the “how”, you create your obstructions and impossibilities in your mind.
Instead of focusing on the “how”, focus on the attainment of your goal. Believe in your heart that you have received that which you seek and it will be yours in due time.
Yes, you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you but there are conditions attached to this statement. Some of these conditions are:
(1) Your desire must be in harmony with the laws of nature. E.g. Gravity. You can’t desire to jump off a tall building and expect gravity not to bring you down. You’re not a flying bird.
(2) Your desire must be in harmony with the laws of the Universe. E.g. You can’t desire another person partner. The Universe won’t make another person sad and miserable just to make you happy.
(3) Your desire must comply with the laws of the land at the time. The Universe doesn’t want you to be sent to prison. Obey the laws of your country as far as they are compatible with the laws of the Universe.
Once your desire is not in conflict with the laws of nature, the Universe (God) and your country. Then there’s nothing stopping you from being whoever you want to be.
There is a power that is currently asleep in you, when you awaken this power, nothing shall be impossible to you.
When I say you can do all things, I am trying to say that you can manifest everything you desire if you will awaken the Christ who lies asleep in you. Who’s the Christ that’s asleep in you and every human alive?
The Christ Within You - The Hope Of Salvation
I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
– Matthew 28:20 KJV
The Christ who strengthens you is the same Christ that’s with you and will always be with you, even unto the end of the world.
This Christ is your own wonderful human imagination. It is your hope of salvation. It will save you from all your life problems.
Without Christ (Human imagination), humanity will never move forward. For everything you see and touch, even the things you do not see first existed in imagination (Christ) and without Him, nothing was made.
Through him all things were made; without him, nothing was made that has been made.
– John 1:3 NIV
It’s the human imagination that has to lend to all human achievements, will continue to reveal the secrets of nature to humanity.
Your imagination (Christ) has the power to bind and librate, build and destroy, there is no opposition it cannot overcome. Every problem handed over to the Christ within, crumbles.
This Christ is currently asleep in every man and woman alive. Some use it unknowingly while others who are awake spiritually, use it to overcome every life problem that comes their way.
When you awaken this Christ that is within you, your thoughts become purified and orderly; negative thoughts are rejected at the point of contact.
How Do You Wake-Up This Christ?
The answer to this question is simple: Recognition. All you have to do to awaken the Christ within you is to recognise that He is there. You have to recognise that your imagination is God in motion, that your imagination is Christ.
By simply recognising and accepting that your imagination is Christ and that it has the power to solve any problem tabled before it, you will awaken it.
You Can Do All Things
To declare you can do all things is not wishful thinking. It only becomes wishful thinking when what you desire conflicts with the laws of nature/physics, the Universe or your country.
If your desire is something like buying a car, house, becoming a millionaire or having a child even though doctors have told you that you can’t conceive, then am here to tell you that you can have all these.
To do this, write down your desire in the present tense. If you want a child, don’t write: I want a baby boy/girl. Instead, write down: I have a healthy baby boy/girl whom I love dearly.
Next, hand it over to the Christ within. You do this by simply lying flat on your bed every night. While lying flat on your bed, imagine you’re with your healthy baby boy/girl. Play with him/her in your imagination. Hear him/her make a sound and also include well-wishers in your imagination.
Repeat this exercise for 90 consecutive days without fail.
NB: Two important parts of your imagination exercise:
(1) Your must be acting out your imagination. I.e. First-person view. You must see things just like you see them in real life – This means you can’t see your face. You should NEVER imagine yourself from the third-person view. E.g. Watching yourself do these things.
(2) You must collapse into your imagination in the present state. This means that in your imagination, you will be wearing exactly the same clothes you had on when you lied down to do your imagination exercise.
These two points are the razor-thin difference between success and failure in all visualisation exercises.
Make the future now. Now is the time to give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Isaiah 61:3 NKJV.
You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. This Christ is your Commanding Master, it’s your wonderful human imagination. It’s your only hope of salvation.
The imagination has created everything you and I can see, touch and feel. There’s nothing in our reality that wasn’t the offspring of imagination.
All achievements are thoughts completed. You possess this power, use it to liberate yourself from any issue you’re currently dealing with.
Wake Him and let Him start doing wonders in life.
